149 Northbound

Elephant Moon’s fourth single, “149 Northbound” (out 7 April 2026), is a lo-fi Americana song built around a first-take acoustic performance — voice and fingerpicked guitar recorded in one take — with slide, harmonica, Mellotron, and subtle Moog textures added afterward. Fragile and unpolished, it carries the weight of hard-earned self-reckoning: hope and resilience emerge quietly from struggle. Together with Where Were You, Good Medicine, and Fly Again, “149 Northbound” continues the journey — from cinematic expanses and stripped-back intensity to raw, first-take Americana full of character.
